Who We Are
OPMS — Overseas Property Management Solutions — provides remote property management operations for U.S. and Canadian residential and commercial portfolios. We work as an operational partner: handling the day-to-day so property owners and property management companies can focus on growth instead of getting pulled into every task.
We're based in Lahore, Pakistan, and built specifically around remote operations — every process we run is designed to work without anyone needing to be on-site.
Why We Exist
Property owners and management companies are often stretched between growing a portfolio and running it. A generic virtual assistant can complete individual tasks, but property operations need more than task completion — they need ownership of workflows: tracking what's open, following up before being asked, and documenting decisions along the way. That gap is what OPMS was built to close.
Experience
Our team brings over four years of property management experience with U.S.-based residential and commercial portfolios — supporting 400+ units as a team, with individual team members having managed 100+ units directly. That experience covers leasing, tenant communication, rent collection, delinquency management, maintenance coordination, vendor management, lease renewals, eviction coordination, property onboarding, SOP development, and property-management software setup and cleanup.
